Royal Travel & Tours may provide tour packages, travel planning, visa assistance, air ticketing and related support. Availability and final service terms are confirmed individually.

A booking request submitted online is not automatically a confirmed reservation. Confirmation occurs after the travel team verifies availability and communicates the final terms.

4. Prices

Prices may change due to supplier availability, taxes, exchange rates, airline changes and other factors. The final confirmed price is the applicable price for the booking.

5. Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, passport details, contact information and other required information.

6. Travel documents

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and other documents required by the destination authorities.

7. Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the package terms, supplier rules and the applicable Royal Travel & Tours policy.
